Cancellation

Free cancellation if you booked 24 hours or more before your arrival day. Cancellations inside 24 hours of arrival may be charged the first night. No-shows are charged the first night.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Reception in Addis Ababa is staffed 24 hours, so late arrivals are fine — just let us know.

Payment Options

You've got two simple ways to pay (all prices in USD):

• Reserve now, pay at check-in. Hold your bed online and pay the full amount when you arrive — cash or card both work.
• Pay online in full at booking and save 10%. Pay everything up front when you book and we knock 10% off your stay.

House Rules

• Be kind — to guests, staff and neighbours. Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
• Quiet hours in dorms from 11:00 PM. The party continues in the bar or garden.
• No smoking in rooms; use the garden smoking area.
• Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult.
• Outside visitors must sign in at reception and leave by 10:00 PM.
• Keep valuables in the lockers provided — we can't be responsible for items left out.
• Damage to property is charged to the person or group responsible.
• Respect local laws and customs — you're a guest in the neighbourhood too.
