We collect the minimum we need to run a hostel, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time. Here is the full picture.
What We Collect
When you use our booking, contact, tour, or group enquiry forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and travel dates.
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. That means your card details go straight to them — we never see or store your full card number.
How We Use It
We use your details to do exactly what you would expect:
- Fulfilling and managing your bookings.
- Sending confirmation and notification emails about your stay.
- Responding to your enquiries about tours, groups, or anything else.
That is the whole list. No surprise marketing floods, no selling your info to strangers.
Third-Party Processors
A small number of trusted services help us run the show:
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
- Resend — sending our transactional emails.
- Anthropic — powers the AI chat FAQ on this site.
Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as we need it — to manage your booking, meet legal and accounting obligations, and answer follow-up questions about your stay. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your Rights
Your data belongs to you. At any time you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data entirely.

Cookies
We keep cookies to a bare minimum — only what the site needs to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we are not watching you around the internet. That would be weird.
